My approach to individual therapy involves the integration of Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. Our first 1-2 sessions will involve an assessment so that I can tailor therapy to your unique needs.

couples therapy

I utilize Psychodynamic therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to assist couples in gaining a deeper understanding of each other. In therapy, couples strengthen their bond by becoming more attuned to each other’s needs.
